About us

A.M. ENGINEERING WORK is a manufacturing and engineering company. Specialized and experienced in the field of forging components for various sectors like Valves, Turbine & Generator, Oil ,Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Refinery, Pharmaceutical, Power, Fertilizer, Textile, Sugar and all other similar process industries with complete forging solution. A.M. Engineering works is supplying all kinds of forgings with its Forgings Hammer, Heat Treatment shop, Machining shop, and has a special agreement with rolling mill & small die forging component makers.

We believe in continues improvement hence challenging ourselves by adhering to high quality standards and on time delivery. To achieve quality standards, there is always stage wise inspection as well samples are taken and tested during the manufacturing process. Each and every product is tested as per specification or as per customer requirements. A.M. Engineering works promise complete forging solution and hence have expertise in manufacturing different forging components like Flanges, Rings, Nozzles, Custom Forging, Round Bars, Gear Blanks, Forged valves & Fittings and other non-standard components as per client requirements. These products are mainly manufactured in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and super duplex steel.

A.M Engineering Works is the well known leading forging die manufacturer company in the industry and is the quality exporter and supplier. We make high-quality products using the best raw material and well-equipped engineers. We make these dies distinct by their use of dies to form the metal. We also make forging die and other products as per the costumer’s requirements and specifications, contact or email us to get your specifications and sizes. We will be pleased to assist you.

OPEN DIE FORGING MANUFACTURER

DIAMETER 2000 AND WEIGHT UPTO 35000 K.G.

Open die forging is the method of disfiguring a piece of metal between various dies that do not entirely enclose it. Open die forging is frequently used for short-run forgings of parts that are simple, rather than complex, in design, such as discs, rings, sleeves, cylinders, and shafts. It improved fatigue resistance, strength, and reduce voids.

CLOSED DIE FORGING MANUFACTURER

Closed die jobs 7500 Pieces per day

Closed Die Forging is a metal deformation method that manages pressure to compress a piece of metal to fill an enclosed die impression. The sort of material, tightness of tolerances, and need for heat treatment can define the number of passes the product requires through the dies. These dies, also known as Impression Die Forging.

RING ROLLING MANUFACTURER

Up to 3500 MM Diameter & 600 MM thickness

Ring rolling is a method for the production of rings. However, a headed and the pierced ring is used as a raw part to be extended and likely profiled with a ring rolling machine. Two or more rotating dies are used for this purpose.

APPLICATIONS OF OPEN DIE FORGINGS.

GENERAL INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT

Forgings of great size are usually seen in industrial equipment and machinery practiced by the steel, textile, paper, power generation, transmission, chemical, and refining industries. Standard forged configurations include bars, blanks, blocks, connecting rods, cylinders, discs, elbows, rings, T's, shafts and sleeves.

AUTOMOTIVE & TRUCK

Because of the reliability and cost-effectiveness of forged parts, their application works as essentials for automobiles and trucks. The Forged components are usually spotted at kingpins, axle beams, wheel spindles, and shafts, ball studs, idler arms, pitman arms, torsion bars, and steering arms. Although, another usual application is in the power train, where connecting rods, transmission shafts, and gears, differential gears, driveshafts, clutch hubs, and universal joints are regularly forged. The materials we use in forged parts are Carbon, Alloy Steel, Aluminum, and Micro- Alloyed Steel.

AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT

As we all know, strength and toughness are the most important characteristics in farm implements; we are here by manufacturing the best and high quality forged parts and dies for our valued customers. The other important characteristics for engine and transmission components are key forgings subjected to impact and fatigue range from gears, shafts, levers, and spindles to tie-rod ends, spike harrow teeth, and cultivators shafts.

VALVES, FITTINGS, OIL FIELD APPLICATIONS

Forgings are usually connected with the valve and fitting industry's high-pressure applications because of their excellent mechanical properties and freedom from porosity. Corrosion and heat-resistant materials are valve bodies and stems, used for flanges, tees, elbow reducers, saddles, and other fittings. Rock cutter bits, drilling hardware, high-pressure valves and fittings are included in Oil field applications.

HAND TOOLS & HARDWARE

Some common examples of forged hand tools and hardware are pliers, hammers, sleds, garden tools, wrenches, wire-rope clips, sockets, wire-rope clips, hooks, turnbuckles, and eye bolts. Forged has been the mark of quality in hand tools and hardware. Surgical and dental instruments are also often use forged. Specialized hardware for electrical transmission and distribution lines such as pedestal caps, suspension clamps, sockets, and brackets are commonly use forged for strength, dependability, and resistance to corrosion

OFF-HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT/RAILROAD

Forging used in off-highway and heavy construction equipment, mining equipment, and material handling applications. Although, to the engine and gears parts, forgings are used for a extensive variety of gears, shafts, spindles, ball joints, sprockets, levers, wheel hubs, rollers, yokes, axle beams, bearing holders and links.

ORDNANCE/SHIPBUILDING

Forged components can be seen in essentially every implement of defense, from nuclear submarine drive shafts rifle triggers. Heavy tanks, armored personnel carriers, missiles, shells, and other heavy artillery are common defense-related applications of forged components.

AEROSPACE

Composed of various ferrous, non-ferrous, and special alloy materials, forgings are extensively used in commercial jets, helicopters, piston-engine planes, military aircraft, and spacecraft. Some examples of an ideal forging’s versatility of size, shape, and properties are bulkheads, wing roots, spars, beams, shafts, landing gear cylinders, hinges, engine mounts, brackets, brake carriers, struts, wheels, arresting hooks and discs. In jet turbine engines, nickel-base, iron-base, nickel-base, and cobalt-base superalloys are forged into elements like discs, manifolds, rings, chambers, blades, buckets, couplings, and shafts. High reliability and strength can favorably influence performance, range, and payload capabilities of aircraft.
